Protein Muffins


- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 egg whites
- 2 scoops 1Up Whey Chocolate Peanut Butter Blast or ( flavor of choice )
- 3/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cups oats ground into flour in a blender
- 2 tblsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup stevia
- 1 tsp. baking powder



Preheat oven to 350. Grease mini muffin tin and line with paper liners. Peel and mash bananas in the bottom of a large bowl. Add eggs, yogurt, and vanilla and mix well.

Pour oat flour and protein powder on top of the banana mixture, and mix with the rest of the dry ingredients.Divide batter into muffin tins. Bake at 350 for aprox. 20 minutes until muffins have risen. Serve immediately and enjoy!
