- 1 scoop of IEatProtein Hi-Protein Mocha Coffee
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
In 2 different bowls, separate egg yolk and egg whites from the 2 eggs. Blend the coffee powder with egg yolks until dissolved. In the other bowl with a hand or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat at low speed until the egg whites are foamy, then, combine both mixtures. In a third bowl, dissolve gelatin with water, once ready, mix everything together. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
