- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 2 tblsp Flaxseed
- 1/4 cup dates
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Add all ingredients in a food processor or blender. When the mixture is ready, using a cookie scoop, scoop and drop balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart. Transfer to the freezer to cool for 20-30 minutes and enjoy!
