- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 scoop 1Up Protein
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract, optional
In a large bowl add all the ingredients and using a whisk or electric mixer, mix all the ingredients until a smooth batter form with no lumps. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium/high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, then tip and rotate the pan to spread batter as thinly as possible.
Brown on both sides about 1-2 minutes on each sides and serve hot with your favorite fillings. Enjoy!
