Protein Cookie Sandwich2/13/18
- 2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp 1Up Whey Chocolate Peanut Butter Blast
- 1 tbsp Mascarpone Cheese
- 1/2 cup #1UpWhey Coconut Ice Cream
Mix in a bowl the Maple Syrup, Cocoa Powder and #1UpWhey Chocolate Peanut Butter Blast until you get a soft dough that you can mold with your hands into little balls. If your dough is too sticky to allow you to do this, add a bit more cocoa powder to it until you get to the right consistency.
Shape the little balls using your hands and place them on a regular cookie tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 395 F for 5 minutes and check them to see if they’re cooked through, take them out of the oven. Make your filling by mixing the mascarpone cheese and the 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream. Fill the cookies with the filling and enjoy!
