Protein Chia Pudding

- 1 scoop 1Up Protein ( flavor of choice )
- 1 tblsp pecans
- 5 tblsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt

In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients except chia seeds and pecans until smooth. Add the liquid to the chia seeds. Stir well, and continue stirring every few minutes for about 15 minutes.
Place in the refrigerator at least one hour, or overnight. When serving, add the pecans and enjoy!
