Protein Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
- 2 scoops 1Up Protein ( flavor of choice )
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup @ieatprotein FitMix ( flavor of choice )
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
 
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin. In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix well. Add your FitMix and unsweetened applesauce and mix until fully combined. Stir through your blueberries. 
Divide the batter amongst the greased muffin tins and bake for 10-15 minutes. Check at 10 minutes and test if fully cooked, if it is, remove immediately. Let it cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
