Protein Bites

- 3 Scoops 1Up Whey White Chocolate Mint
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- 2 tblsp Unsweetened Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tblsp unsweetened chocolate chips

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Microwave the chocolate chips and gradually stir in the yogurt, then set aside. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients and sliced almonds. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until you can make a large ball. Using your hand or an ice cream scoop, make little balls and place them in the baking sheet. Freeze them for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
