- 1 cup IEatProtein Fitmix (flavor of choice)
- 1 cup 1Up Protein (flavor of choice)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Line baking pan with parchment paper. To a medium microwave-safe bowl, add Fitmix, 1Up Protein, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients together until well-combined.
Pour in mixture and spread using a spatula until mixture sits in an even layer and add almonds on top. Transfer pan to refrigerator and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator, cut bars into desired size and enjoy!
