Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt vanilla
- 1 Scoop 1Up Whey White Chocolate Mint Protein
- 1/4 Cup Sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Min leaves
Instructions
Line a baking sheet or dish with parchment paper. Set aside. In a blender or food processor, blend all the mint leaves. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, mint and 1Up protein powder. Add the almonds and chocolate chips to the mixture and stir well. Using a rubber spatula spread the mixture into a thin layer. Put the baking sheet in the freezer for 3 hours or longer until the protein bark is frozen. Break into pieces and enjoy!
