Overnight oats

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop 1UP protein ( flavor of choice )
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tablespoons flaxseed
- 1 serving @ieatprotein FitMix Cinnamon FitMix
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place milk and oats into a cup and leave in fridge overnight. Next morning, Add milk, oats and rest of the ingredient to a blender. Blend until very smooth and serve. You can add Ieatprotein FitMix on top for extra flavor. Enjoy!
