Mini Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

- 1 serving iEatProtein Fitmix (flavor of choice)
- 2 medium bananas mashed
- 25 g whole-rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 Scoop 1Up Protein (flavor of choice)
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375. Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Line 2 mini muffin liners - or spray with non-stick oil. Divide the mixture between the muffins cases -approx 1 tsp of mixture for each muffin and place in the oven to cook for 8-9 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool and enjoy!
