Mini Pancake Protein Skewers

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Scoop 1Up Protein ( flavor of choice )
- 1 tbs stevia
- 1 tbs baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 peach

Instructions:
Heat a pan to medium-low. To a large bowl, add all dry ingredients and stir to combine. Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture and whisk together, taking care not to over mix.
Drop batter by teaspoonful onto pan. When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden. Thread pancakes onto skewers, alternating with berries and peaches. Serve immediately and enjoy!
