Lemon Chia Protein Balls

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 scoop 1Up Natural Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 TBSP lemon zest
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions:
In a food processor pulse the almonds until crumble. Add in coconut flour, protein powder, coconut flakes, chia seeds, lemon zest and blend until flour texture. In a bowl mix together almond butter and honey. Pour the wet mixture into your food processor and blend until mix. With an ice cream scoop or spoon, make little balls.  Place on a plate and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. Enjoy!
