High-Protein Pancakes

- 1 ripe banana
- 3 egg whites
- 1 scoop of iEatProtein High-Protein Coffee or 1UP Protein (flavor of your choice)
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix the banana, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder and High-Protein Coffee flavor of your choice  in a blender or food processor. Set your griddle to low-medium, spray it with olive oil, and then pour or scoop the batter on the griddle. Cook both sides until golden brown, enjoy!
