Hi-Protein Energy Balls4/11/18
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup honey
1 scoop Hi-Protein Coffee, flavor of your choice
1 cups quick oats
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/8 tsp salt
Combine the almond butter and honey in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Add the Hi-Protein Coffee powder and stir together, then add the coconut flakes and salt. WIth the help of a small ice cream scoop, make little balls. Place the balls for an hour in the fridge to cool off and enjoy!
