French Toast Sticks

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup IEatProtein Peanut Butter FitMix

- 5 slices whole grain bread

- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup almond milk

- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

In a large bowl, mix your eggs, milk, and cinnamon and vanilla.  Preheat your non-stick, coat with oil. Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture and turn to coat.  Cook in the hot pan until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes per side.  Allow the slices to cool, and then cut each slice into 4 sticks.  You can cut multiple pieces at once.  When serving, add your favorite fruit and drizzle with the peanut butter FitMix. Enjoy!
