- 2 small apples
- 1 banana
- 1 serving IEatProtein Cinnamon Peanut Butter FitMix
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- 250 ml of almond milk
Wash and chop the apples. Add them to the blender with part of the almond milk. Blend until you get an apple puree. Add banana, FitMix, flax seed and the remaining milk. Blend until smooth and serve!
