Ingredients:
- 1 Medjool date pit removed
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Banana Quinoa Puffs
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 kiwi
Instructions:
In a high-speed blender, blend the date, milk, spinach, and kiwi until very smooth. In a medium bowl, add the liquid to the chia seeds. Stir well, and continue stirring every few minutes for about 15 minutes. Place in the refrigerator at least one hour, or overnight. When serving, spoon alternating layers of chia pudding and Quinoa Puffs in a bowl or parfait glass. Enjoy!
