- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 Scoop 1Up Whey Cinnamon French Toast
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 serving IEatProtein Chocolate FitMix
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 2 tblsp coconut chips
- 1/4 cup desired fruits
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron, coat with nonstick spray Meanwhile, blend all dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients, blending well. Pour onto waffle iron and cook 6-8 minutes, or until golden grown and crunchy. When serving, add fruits, drizzle with Chocolate FitMix and sprinkle coconut chips. Enjoy!
