Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 scoops 1Up Whey coconut ice cream or ( flavor of choice )
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/2 almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tblsp almonds
- 2 tblsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line an 8×8 baking dish. Mix all ingredients in food processor except for almonds and coconut flakes. Pour the batter into the baking dish and sprinkle the almonds and coconut flakes. Bake at 300 for 25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before serving, cut into squares. Enjoy!
