- 4 medium frozen bananas, chopped
- 1 scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream ir flavor of choice
- 1-3 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Place a small loaf pan or deep pan in the freezer. In a high-speed blender or food processor, add your frozen bananas and blend until just immersed. Add your protein powder, blue berries and blend until thick and creamy. If too thick, add a tablespoon of milk. Transfer ice cream to the loaf pan. To ensure it doesn't become too icy, mix your ice cream every 20-30 minutes for the first hour. Enjoy!
