Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 2 scoops 1Up Whey Chocolate Peanut Butter Blast
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp stevia
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Fat Free yogurt
- 1/4 cup crushed pecans
Preheat an oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough begins to form. Gradually add the pecans in as you fold the dough. Divide the dough into small pieces and flatten them into circles. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until the cookies are baked through. Add some more pecans on top, let it cool and enjoy!
