Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 1 large frozen banana
- 2/3 cup light coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tblsp granola
- 1 tblsp almonds
- 1/4 cup diced apples
Instructions:
Puree the raspberries,1Up protein, banana, coconut milk and chia seeds in a blender until smooth. The mixture will be very thick. If needed, add a little more coconut milk to get the blender going. Garnish with granola, raspberries, chia seeds, apples and almonds. Enjoy!
