- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut chips
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 Scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup fresh diced mango
- 3 tablespoons granola
In a mid size bowl, mix the yogurt and protein powder until well blended. Assemble yogurt bowl by layering plain low-fat yogurt, pineapple chunks, mango chunks and granola. Sprinkle with toasted coconut chips and enjoy!
