Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 1/3 cup chocolate granola
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 2 tblsp coconut chips
- 1/4 cup sliced mango
Instructions:
Mix together the oats, protein powder, coconut milk, vanilla and salt in a small bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for for at least 30 minutes or preferably overnight. When serving, add granola on top, coconut chips and sliced mango. Enjoy!
