Coconut Protein Mug Cake
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients until smooth texture. Spray some oil in a mug or microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave for a minute and 30 seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
