Coconut Passion Fruit Protein Mousse
- 1 cup Passion Fruit Pulp
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 bananas
- 2 scoops 1Up Whey Coconut Protein
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes
Peel and freeze the bananas overnight. Mix all the ingredients and blend on high until creamy. Put on fridge for 2 - 3 hours. When serving, add some more coconut flakes and enjoy!
