Chocolate Protein muffins

- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop 1Up ISO Chocolate
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 tblsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup pecans

Preheat oven to 180C/355F. Grease a non-stick donut pan. Combine all your ingredients, until smooth and no lumps remain. Gently spoon your mixture into your prepared pans, filling 3/4 full.  Bake your donuts for 8-10 minutes or until they are cooked through and a skewer inserted into the middle removes clean. Let them cool and enjoy!
