Banana Carmel protein oatmeal


- 1 1/4 c. water

- 1/2 c. old-fashioned oatmeal

- 2 scoops of #1UpWhey Protein Banana Caramel Twist

- 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

- 1 Tbsp. almonds



In a small pan, cook oatmeal according to package directions, making sure to use a little bit more water, you'll need it because of the protein powder

When the oatmeal is done cooking, stir in the two scoops of 1Up Whey Protein Banana Caramel Twist. Let it sit for a couple minutes. Add the blueberries and the almonds.
