- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup 1Up Whey Banana Caramel twist protein or ( flavor of choice )
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tblsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Use a food processor to finely grind one cup of the oats into a flour. In a large mixing bowl, Mix all the ingredients until you have a batter consistency.
Scoop cookies into balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking mat. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the bottoms are just lightly starting to brown. Enjoy!
