Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup peanut butter FitMix
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Slice apple into thin rings and remove core. Spread peanut butter FitMix over one side of the rings. Top with banana, coconut, cinnamon. Serve immediately and enjoy!
