Almond Crust Protein French Toast

- 1 large egg & 3 egg whites
- 1½ cups almond milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 scoop 1UP whey cinnamon French toast protein
- 8 slices Whole wheat bread
- 1 cup finely chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup @ieatprotein FitMix flavor of your choice
Whisk together the egg/egg whites, milk, 1UP protein and extract in a large baking dish. Dip each piece of bread fully in the egg mixture, and then press both sides into the chopped almonds. Heat a griddle over medium high heat and spray with olive oil. Add your slices of bread to the griddle and cook both sides until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and top with the IEatProtein (flavor of choice)FitMix and your favorite fruits. Enjoy!
