- What is the best drink to mix this in? I tried hot and cold water and juice and it didn’t dissolve all the way, thus creating a pretty nasty taste and consistency
- Hello Heather. The Fiber Plus being a fiber product is naturally not going to instantly dissolve like other powders. Fiber has a very thick bulking structure to it which expands. Its important to first add the liquid into a shaker cup, then add 1 scoop of the powder, close lid and shake for 30 seconds. Kind Regards
