- Is either Whey protein or the ISO protein good for meal replacement in regards to weight loss? I occasionally will drink a protein shake in place of breakfast on days i am on the go, and I want to make sure i'm buying the right product and I'm taking proper steps and precautions
- Hello Michelle. All the protein powders we have are going to be low in calories so as standalone not a meal replacement. However you can certainly use the protein powders to make a meal replacement by increasing the calories this is done by adding more ingredients example making a smoothie add the protein powder, fruits, oats, peanut butter, almond milk etc..
