Can you take these at the same time as Multi Go Women? After that same meal, all 5 capsules?
Hello Danitza. Yes. you can take the Omega 3 around the same time as the Multi-Go vitamins. Best to take after a meal. You can take all the capsules together or space them out over each meal. Ideally you want to take after you have a meal that has some fats and drink plenty of water so both the fat and water soluble vitamins absorb. Thank you
Are these burpless? Or does this product even have that effect?
Hello Kristen, Drinking sufficient amounts of water will prevent burping with most supplements. Most people drink too little water when taking down capsules, so the capsules end up breaking down before they reach the stomach. Please consume plenty of water and you won't have any problems with burping aftertastes of the supplement. Thank you,
