You can use it to make a meal replacment protein shake if you mixed in a blender the protein powder, almond milk, fruit, oats, peanut butter, nut butters, chia seeds, etc.. any other ingredients you would like. That would increase the calories to make the product a meal replacement. You want to aim for 300 + calories for a meal replacement. Kind Regards
