Good option to mix with yogurt

"The flavor on this is pretty good, though I think not quite as tasty as the regular whey protein, and it's not quite as smooth/light as the clear protein isolate. But it does mix well with greek yogurt, so it's a great option if you're looking for that. I have only tried the Chocolate Peanut Butter Blast, so the other flavors might be a bit better. Overall I would say I like this one, but don't love it."

Q&A

I am wondering if either the whey or ISO whey protein powder are soy free. I know they say there could be cross contamination due to production facility but I cannot find on the label if there os soy product in the actual protein.

Hello! Are all the Whey & Iso protein powders gluten free? I have multiple and I don’t see A GF mentioning on it and need to know. If there are certain flavors that are GF or are not. Can you please list them for me :)
