"I recently switched over to these vitamins a month ago. I do feel like I have more energy and focus so I will probably keep trying them out. The only complaint I have is that I have to take 4 of them to get my daily dose which, for someone who has always struggled with taking pills, this is sometime hard. Some of the capsules came broken when I opened the bottle. I’m not sure if that was the delivery service or if the capsule is just too thin. I’ll buy again and check the next time!"

- On the 1Up transformation challenge meal plan it says take the 1Up multigo just under meal one. Then it says take 1Up omega 3 for meals 2, 3, and 4. Do we only take 1 multigo pill for breakfast? Or does it mean all 3 during breakfast?
