- Hello Jasmin. The Shaker Cup has a storage cup on the bottom to store capsules, powder or anything else that can fit. There is a removable screen that is placed at the inside top of the Shaker Cup which will help break up powders. To use the Shaker Cup first add the desired amount of water, then add 1 scoop of powder, attach the screen, then close lid by screwing the top on, and finally shake up the contents for about 30 seconds. Then you can open the top to consume. Thank You
