- Hello Maria. We recommend taking the products as directed on the label. CLA 1 capsule 1-3x daily before meals. Make Her Lean Max 2 capsules 2x daily 6-8 hours apart between the 1st and 2nd serving. Kind Regards.

- Hello Audi. Non of the fat burners will effect muscle mass; just burn body fat mass. You can do CLA and L-Carnitine without Make Her Lean Max if you are using a pre-workout like the 1UP for Women or Sport Aminos product. Its not recommended to take a pre-workout and make her lean max at the same time within 3 hours because both products have caffeine stimulants. Thank you

- Hello Audi, If you would like to aggressively target body fat you can take all 3 products in a stack that we offer (Fat Loss Stack for Her). The CLA and L-Carnitine 3000 are non-stimulant products while the Make Her Lean Max has caffeine stimulants and is thermogenic so you will sweat more. All 3 products work equally well with fat loss. - Hello Colby. You can take the CLA on an empty stomach during your fasting window however we suggest the CLA product be taken right before or during a meal for best results. It doesn't have to be a full meal it can be a snack. CLA when you take it around the same time you have a meal allows for more nutrients to get into the muscle cells. If you take it on an empty stomach you would not get the full benefits of CLA. We don't recommend taking more than 4 capsules in a 24 hours period. You can split the dosage 1 capsule 4 x daily or do 2 capsules 2x daily. 1x capsule 4x daily is also fine. Kind Regards.
