I can't say that it definitely has helped preserve muscle mass during my fat-loss routine, as I have no experience of fat loss to compare it to, but pound by pound I've had much less than the anticipated 45/55% fat/muscle loss from cutting. So I can tentatively say this creatine product has likely played some part in that, for which I'm grateful. I also enjoy the available flavors. My only gripe is that I use the 1Up protein powder as well and drink the combination of protein powder & creatine in the morning together BUT not all protein powders have an overlapping flavor of creatine, so I have to get creative with the flavors I mix together. Also, when they say sour, the mean SOUR. In the best way possible. I've tried 4 flavors of this creatine so far and 5/5 for taste on all of them."
