- I have taken this product twice now and each time it gives me an upset stomach, fast heart rate, and i cannot fall asleep. this happens hours after consuming, why is that?
- Hello Lauren, Please try a lower dosage of half or quarter scoop. It sounds like you are sensitive to the caffeine stimulants. Some individuals don't metabolize caffeine as quickly as others so can feel the effects for a longer period of time. Usually caffeine has about a 3 hour half life more or less depending on the person. The pre-workout should not be consumed within 3 hours of your bedtime. Kind Regards.
