“I’ve struggle with weight, I’ve hated my body, I’ve tried multiple “diets”, I used to obsessed with the number on my scale. The left picture is from 2011. I was eating crap, going to Mcdonald’s multiple times a week. Wasn’t exercising or cared about what I was putting in my body. I would go out with friends all the time and we would eat junk food after our night was over. That’s when I made the decision to be healthier and take fitness seriously. The picture on the right is a more recent picture of myself. Theres 6 years between both photos and a lot of hard work. I started this lifestyle change because I wanted to be a healthier me and feel confident in my body. Since I started my journey a few years ago, I have had my ups and downs. I've tried many different methods, from eating 5-6 meals a day, counting my macros, eating intuitively and so on. My advice to you is, do what makes *YOU* happy. Try different methods and see what works best for *YOUR* body. Because not every one is the same. What works for me and my training style may or may not work for you. You will never know until you try.
You have to fall down to get back up. That's what this crazy wild ride has been like for me and I have loved every minute of it.”
