“ When the Quarantine started, I ate a lot of food that I usually don't eat, drank often, worked out only a couple of days a week, and some weeks I didn't exercise at all. I lost my motivation to exercise and eat healthy for a few weeks until one-night scrolling through Instagram, I saw an ad for the 1UP Transformation Challenge. I signed up right away because it was exactly what I needed at the moment. I needed something to commit and to look forward to.
The first week was the hardest; my anxiety and food cravings were out of control. My body was sore; my right knee was swollen from previous injuries, tennis elbow on my right arm, it was not easy, but I was committed that I would give my best. Besides week one, I felt fantastic and super motivated. The Facebook group was of tremendous support! The coach is excellent and it was exciting to see my body changing each week. My mood improved significantly, I had no cravings, higher energy and better sleep. During this challenge I learned that the only person stopping me from getting in shape and becoming the best version of me was myself. Now I know that I can do anything, as long as I commit to it.
The 1Up Transformation challenge  is a great way to give yourself the kick in the butt you need. One of the most important things to do when prepping for the challenge is to plan ahead as much as you can. After you've done the prep work, it's time to shut off your mind and any "I can't do this" talk. It's going to feel hard. It's going to be uncomfortable. You're going to think you can't do something, whether it's the entire challenge or just one more rep. But remember that this program is designed to get you out of your comfort zone and give you the results you weren't getting on your own. Once the challenge is over you will feel stronger and happier than ever. “
